Last year some time, a meme breezed through a social network I participate in, concerning a UK based reading list; markedly pointed at American readership, and the dismal appearance of our reading preferrences.

I'm content in the knowledge, I have read (and enjoyed) the better portion of the list included in the sidebar here. I decided, as a challenge to myself and other readers, to open this blog, dedicated to the completion of this list, and thorough enjoyment of all things wordy...wordworthy...wordsmith-ish...
